Can I get a refund for the Charged Points I purchased?
If the points have not been used after payment, you may request a full refund within 7 days from the payment date.For example, if 100 CP + 10 EP were credited through a point purchase, a refund is only possible if neither the 100 CP nor the 10 EP has been used. Event Points (EP) granted through payment are also eligible for refund. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.If some points have already been used but a balance remains, a partial refund may be available upon consultation with the company. (Contact: company@xio.gg)After 7 days from the payment date, refunds due to change of mind without a valid reason (e.g., service failure, payment error, duplicate payment, etc.) will not be accepted.
